Returns & Refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
- If the product has a manufacturing defect
- If you received the wrong item
Conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order
- Proof is required (photos or videos clearly showing the issue)
- The product must not be fully consumed
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Taste preference
- Opened or used items without a valid issue
