Returns & Refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

  1. If the product has a manufacturing defect
  2. If you received the wrong item

Conditions:

  1. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order
  2. Proof is required (photos or videos clearly showing the issue)
  3. The product must not be fully consumed

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Taste preference
  3. Opened or used items without a valid issue
